Pinnacle Homes was started in 2008 by Dave Kowalski after 12 years of working in the trades across Central Alberta. He'd seen too many homeowners get burned by builders who overpromised and underdelivered — and he knew he could do better.

Starting with a crew of three, Dave built his first custom home for a family in Lacombe. That family referred him to two more. Those two referred him to four. Word of mouth has been our biggest marketing tool ever since.

Today, Pinnacle Homes employs a full-time crew of 18 — framers, foundation specialists, finish carpenters, and site supervisors — and we've completed over 200 residential builds across Central Alberta.
